Swivel
Many of the Flash files on this site are actually converted using Amor SWF to Video Converter, but that does not work after Windows 7. Swivel is what I recommend to others who simply want to convert their SWF Flash files into an MP4 directly. The open source video conversion tool FFmpeg is built in so you can control the bitrate and dimensions of your outputted video.
