While you are working, but most likely while you are goofing around, a funny email forward has been or will be sent to you as a .ppt file. This is a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation file (such as a slideshow) meant to be open with PowerPoint. Unless you create such presentations, you probably don't have PowerPoint installed. You have a few options here. 1. Tell the boss you read the presentation, even though you couldn't open it. 2. Complain to your office that you couldn't open the file, and be seen as a technology dinosaur or 3. Get PowerPoint viewer to open the file.
