Bathroom Break by Reuters/Rick Wilking

[George W. Bush - I think I may need a bathroom break.]

REUTERS/Rick Wilking:
U.S. President George W. Bush writes a note to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice during a Security Council meeting at the 2005 World Summit and 60th General Assembly of the United Nations in New York September 14, 2005. World leaders are exploring ways to revitalize the United Nations at a summit on Wednesday but their blueprint falls short of Secretary-General Kofi Annan's vision of freedom from want, persecution and war.

I used to zoom into images too where paper could be seen. Can anyone make out the second part? From what I can see it says, "I think I may need a bathroom break." and then, "Is their..." - except George W. doesn't seem to write his "I" letter like that and I am sure he knows the difference between "their" and "there". I think it may say "Qn [Question] their p...".

Edit: With another look I see the second part is cursive. I think Dubya is asking, "Is this possible when.."

Really sorry if this image is a waste of your time. I thought it was interesting that the photographer was sneaking in behind to see some presidential note passing.
