[Start Menu]

The start menu in Vista is not much different at all from XP besides the glassy interface and icons. The built in search at the bottom left, however, brings up results in the start menu itself.

"Log Off" and "Turn Off Computer" have been replaced with "Lock" and "Shut Down".
