[Control Panel]

Looks like there may be some new features here. I notice that the control panel makes more sense. There is no redundancy. All hardware has a category, all security does, and so on. Also, instead of Add/Remove programs, it says "Remove a program", since no one ever added any from the control panel. The new icons are nice, but I don't agree with the Accessbility one. Looks the same as a move cursor. Nice recycle bin in the top left by the way.
